Keeping your website fresh and up to date
Every website needs to be maintained and updated on a regular basis. This not only keeps your customers informed on the latest changes regarding your business, but also helps improve your website rankings with the search engine (they love fresh, new content).
Before any proposed changes are made, we will estimate the time it will take to implement them. After your approval, we will proceed with the maintenance. We offer several yearly maintenance plans (discounted from our regular rate) as well as the ability to make changes on an as-needed basis.

Yearly Maintenance Plans
With our yearly plans, you pick the amount of maintenance time you forsee your site needing over the next year. You then get the specified amount of hours to use towards updating your site. You can use those hours any way you'd like throughout the year, either a lot at once if major changes are necessary or spread out in minor changes are necessary.
If by years end, you do not use all your hours alloted, we will rollover those unused hours to the next year! And if you end up going over your hours, we will give you a discount on those extra hours needed!
Our plans offer you the freedom to implement changes all at once or as they come up without having to worry about constant bills coming your way.
We make updating your site easy! For those who have trouble with technology, we take screenshots of your actual site and print it on paper. You then just write in the text/pictures in the exact place that you want it on your paper. If theres pictures to add, we include a USB Flash Drive to copy the files onto. Just send the info back and we make the changes! No more dealing with technical issues and wasting your time!
Here's another perk we add to all of our maintenance plan packages for no extra charge: We constantly check your site for any errors (i.e. broken links) and inform you if any are found. No longer do you have to use your time patrolling around your site to make everything work!
